As a 23-year veteran in lending, my passion is educating First Time Homebuyers. I assist my buyers through the homebuying process and make sure all their questions are answered. I review grants, qualifying income, credit requirements and more. It’s my job to anticipate any needs during the purchase transaction and navigate the borrower to a successful, happy closing. Remember, you only get to be a First-Time Homebuyer once!

I am always looking to meet Realtors, property managers, and other business partners who can assist my home buyers. Working with strategic relationships support my clients with any needs such as home insurance, life insurance, accounting, legal advice, etc. These are trusted advisors who will be available should my clients need their services. Having a team approach helps ensure that every borrower’s need is met!

I love working with property investors and have a deep understanding of real estate. I have helped many clients build a portfolio of rental properties creating another stream of income. We have several loan options available to relieve the burden of needing tax returns or rental management experience. It’s never been easier to start buying rental properties!

While I mainly focus on real estate purchases, I am also available to help any clients with refinancing. Clients may need help with divorce buy-outs, cash out refinances, estate property transfers, or any reason to tap into property equity. I have earned a reputation as a “problem solver” because I am able to think outside the box to get things done!
